The Terengganu Heritage Bay Club – Kelab Teluk Warisan Terengganu – was established in conjunction with the debut of the Monsoon Cup 2005. Through its various commitments to the world of yachting, the Club aims to promote Kuala Terengganu as a world-class sailing centre for prestigious events as well as a training ground for sailing professionals and enthusiasts.
